Lifecycle Computer Replacement Program

At times schools, businesses and government agencies need to replace out dated computer systems to meet the higher demands of processing power.

Zig's Place can assist with upgrading your existing computer labs and networks through our, "Lifecycle Computer Replacement Program". Understanding that some agencies or entities need to retain original hard drives, they can be removed before taking advantage of this offer.

Immediately after a computer is purchased, they lose value, so this is where we start: (original invoices are required)

- 30% is taken off initial purchase price and the rest of the value is amortized (reduced) over a 3 year spread.
- Our shops will credit your agency for the remaining value of your old systems, if any, and apply credit towards each one system.
- If left with no value or you can not produce original invoice in order to calculate a value, we will honor a 10% discount for every system you order, as long as, you have a trade-in for each one system.

Old systems can be picked up when we drop off and/or install new system. This is an optional service and only possible if respective agencies are in the near to immediate area.

We are the authorized reseller for all of our products and warranty issues can be addressed directly with our shops. Warranty handling will not cover shipping and handling, data preservation or other expedited services.

If repairs are needed on out of warranty products, we will honor labor charges at 10% value of initial purchase, plus cost of parts, shipping and handling. Expedited services and data preservation are extra.
